DIAL -A- RIDE

This option now operates both in the Bognor and Chichester areas and offers a true door to door service.

In order to use this service you need to join our Dial -A- Ride Club and you can do this by calling our offices on 01243 827821. You can then use the service as often as you like  by booking with us at least 48 hours in advance. Once booked one of our vehicles will collect you from home and return you to your door all at agreed times. So you have total flexibility whether you are going shopping  or getting to tht all important appointment.

VOLUNTEER DRIVERS NEEDED

We need volunteer drivers to help with the increasing workload that our organisation  has in this area. If you have any experience in driving our type of vehicles and would like to help then we need you.

Alternatively if you would like to use your own vehicle and join our Volunteer Car Service Group to transport people to the doctors or to the hospital, then please call our manager Mike Collins on 01243 827821 or e-mail him at mike@sammytransport.org.uk

THE NEW FLEET

For many years the public have instantly recognised our fleet of Sammy buses as they travelled around the area. Now we have a new fleet, anew colour scheme and a new logo.

Although we are still using some of our old vehicles, our new Fiat fleet is taking the strain as we continue to grow.

All of these 13 seater coaches are fitted with rear access wheelchair ramps and hoists that make them suitable for transporting the disabled at the same time as other passengers.

Our new logo and silver and blue livery will soon be as familiar to the public as the old blue scheme.
